The breadth and depth of the expertise within ITTS sets us apart from our competitors. To illustrate this we have provided a brief description of representative individuals from each of the teams.
A total of 30 years IT sales experience much of which was spent with Olivetti, Origin and TN Solutions. This SR has run both new business and account management territories in process and discrete manufacturing, supply chain industries and retail sectors. Experience spans hardware and core application sales as well as outsourcing and managed services.
This SR has a total of 18 years exposure to various IT sales and sales management roles having held positions with ICL, STC and Admiral. Sectors worked include Banking and Insurance as well as significant involvement in Central and Local government sales.
With a total of 28 years in the industry, this SR has sales and sales management experience having sold hardware platform in both the UK and USA for Data General. Sales experience includes roles with OD Systems, BIS and Proasis with wide ranging exposure to many vertical sectors.
From the start of his career this TR has been involved in management training and development within the public sector. He was in the position of a direct sales agent with Combined Insurance of America on a self employed basis, cold calling selling Accident & Health Care Insurance. He won a number of achievement awards in this field for both the North West and the UK. He then went on to manage a communications company which he ran for a year before moving in to the role of a Tele-Researcher, where he has become one of the senior team members being skilled in event population.
After studying at the University of Central Lancashire this TR has spent 3 years in telesales based new business development roles, cold calling SME's promoting new media technology. This was with Touch Plc and various agencies, and was a period where his success and ability was rewarded with rapid progression into management. He was instrumental in the start-up of a now thriving UK off-site data storage company, working in partnership providing IT research, analysis and technical assistance. This high level of achievement is backed up by a total of 5 years experience in customer service having completed extensive CS training programs with companies such as Great Universal, Time Computers and Vodafone.
With over 6 years experience of dealing with customers face to face and over the phone, 2.5 years specifically working in a Tele Researcher capacity, this TR has gained knowledge of Information Technology Security from working closely with clients such as Vistorm and Real Solutions. He has a background in Business Studies at college, which has been coupled with management training and staff development programmes to become one of the leading staff development trainers in his department.
Having completed an Economics degree from Manchester Metropolitan University this individual then underwent a course that culminated in an MCP qualification in Windows 2000 Professional Support and Administration. During this time he worked in a customer facing role for a major food retail outlet. With this new qualification, he sought a role that would help to further develop his communication skills, ideally in an IT environment. Has completed projects for companies such as IBM and Cisco, Ascent and SCC.
One of the most senior members of the telemarketing team having worked for ITTS for over 5 years. During that time she has worked closely with clients such as Oracle, HP and Ariba, on a variety of inbound and outbound projects. She has a particular interest in the public sector and has been involved in organising a number of high profile events for Oracle's Public Services division. As one of the company's most experienced questionnaire agents she also acts as a first point of contact for several inbound client lines. Also been responsible for training and monitoring of new staff.
Started work in a call centre environment combining lead generation and customer service then moved to a software training company, managing courses, which involved booking venues, trainers and also delegate management. Since joining ITTS has been involved in high profile questionnaire projects for clients such as HP, Compaq, SAP and Microsoft.
